How to return a product to us
At MYPAYROLLDEDUCT.COM, our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped.
Please do not return items or package to the shipper.

Footwear must be clean and in original condition and packaging.
Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
Returns on all payroll deduction orders will be issued an online credit in the form of a gift certificate. No cash/check refunds.
To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Any and all items being returned must be received before any exchange or online credit is issued.
Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided below. PLEASE ship via insured mail or carrier for tracking purposes. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped.
